Aging & Caregiver Conference

Kay County Senior Connections, United Way of North Central Oklahoma, Community Health Foundation of Kay County, and the Clark Gerontology Fund are seeking partner agencies and organizations to participate in the Aging & Caregiver Conference.
We are looking for exhibitors to provide free screenings, services, resources, and educational information for older adults, caregivers, and their families.
Examples Include:
Blood pressure screenings
Glucose screenings
Hearing screenings
Vision screenings
Medication management assistance
Legal assistance
Community resources and support services
Exhibitor Participation
We encourage exhibitors to offer a health screening, interactive activity, or healthy brain exercise at their booth. Examples include:
Exercise demonstrations
Puzzles and brain teasers
Drawing or painting activities
Music activities
Gardening projects
Other creative, hands-on activities
In lieu of a registration fee, exhibitors are asked to provide a door prize, game, or interactive activity at their booth.
