Join us for Safe & Steady, a free 4 hour educational program designed to help older adults, caregivers, and community partners reduce the risk of falls and medication related injuries. Learn practical strategies to improve balance, prevent unintentional injuries, and use medications—including opioids—safely and confidently.
This interactive training includes:
